Just bought a r33 skyline of a mate for a very cheap price ( non-turbo ),and converted the engine to a turbo version! now it seems i get lag from 3 to 5 gear? had BOV installed with it, and its really annoying?

help!!!

getting it tuned could help, i dont know anything about skylines so i cant really help :banghead:

Very common problem with the RB25 engines.
Go to http://forums.skylinesdownunder.co.nz/ and sign up. Its free and is a wonderful resource for Skyline info. Alot of very helpful people there.

im just pullin this outta my arse,

but maybe its your boost settings, or maybe your turbo is just to big ^_^

but like i said , im just taking a stab in the dark

i am taking a stab in the dark as well but your injectors may be clogged or you might have a crimp or leak somewhere in your intercooler piping.
