i have a 91 crx and i was thinking about putting in a rebuilt LS and makin it V-Tec... I'm not sure if it's worth saving money and not getting a B16a or if it wouldn't compare. any thoughts?

It kinda depends on if youll be n/a or if you pressurize the intake. the b18 ls transmission will seem sluggish compaired to a b16 however under boost will keep you in your powerband.ls/vtec is about 30 hp to the wheels over a b16, dont quote me on that but im pretty sure.

if u do a ls vtec swap u will have better torque than a b16 and if u boost it will make a little more power. a gsr tranny is the way to go but an ls is much cheaper and works fine
