Gran Turismo 4 Update

I called a bunch of places today (Best Buy, Circuit City, Game Stop and some more..) They all said the release date is Feb. 22

a few things:
1) the reason GT4 was delayed was because polyphony was waiting on some of the companies' contracts at EA to run out i.e. Porsche, Lamborghini, and Ferrari. So while those may be some of the cars on GT4 that's not all of them I promise.
2) you missed a lot of cars in there. what about the C6 and C6R corvettes? as well as Dodge SRT vehicles? The longer Poly waits to put GT4 out the older the new cars on the game get. I doubt the LS2 GTO or 300C SRT-8 will be on there and the 04 GTO was on Need For Speed Underground 2 so they need to put new cars on there as last minute add ons.
3) I really hope the Bugatti EB 16.4 Veyron gets on there, but i doubt it'll be tuneable. the TVR Speed 12 was never really able to be tuned as far as power was concerned, but it could be suspension tuned. then again, if they put stage 4 turbos on the Escudo last time and let it have 1800 horses, they may just let the Bugatti be tuneable.
4) I'm a big time GT fan, have been since 1998, but if Forza Motorsport is as good as it says it is, and GT4 doesn't deliver in a single rental for me, I may sell my PS2 and get an X Box.

the Bugatti doesnt even need to be tuned, its already got over a thousand horsepower

My Bro phoned me and told me that his friend in Japan will get him the Japanese version by the end of the month... so that puts some credibilty to the Feb 22 release date.

i CAN´T WAIT!!! If it´s going to be realesed in Feb.22 or March in the U.S, how long does it take to come to Europe?!
The only reason I bought my first Playstation was because of Gran Turismo, and the reason I bought my PS2 was because of Gran Turismo!!!
I´ve been playng GT4 Prologue (soon post DVD footage of the Making of) for ages, waiting for the real thing.

sorry, but I doubt they had time to add those cars in the American version.(Im sure it takes awhile to model new cars and get all there stats and ect)The time was probley took up bc of translating... just stating my opinion. But dont look for any ferraris,lambos,or C6s in the GT4..... The SRT-10 Viper is in it though,not the SRT-10 RAM

That list has been circulating around the 'net since they announced the game. It's not the correct list unfortunally as there are cars that have been removed and more cars that have been added. Goto the site I listed and it'll show you the cars that can be recieved in the game.

actually, they added a dozen or so new cars for the european version, so we should expect to see at least a couple
