does anyone here play CS (Counter-Strike) ? It's fun, you people who dont play it should check it out, but make sure you have Half-life first cause CS is a MOD for HL, and if you dont have HL, you cant play CS.

nope dont play it..it looks fun tho..all tho i do play red alert 2 for the pc . Its online but it aint fun when ur computer is slooooooooow .

hmmm now if your refering to Counter-Strike then No you dont need HL you can buy it retail.. Now if your refering to Counter-Strike Condition Zero again you dont need HL cause you can get it retail, Now if your refering to Counter-Strike Source then yes you have to buy Halflife 2 becuase its a mod for that..

also he is right about one thing.. if you do buy halflife 1 then you can get CS for "free"

I have cs 1.6 and Condition Zero, but i only play CZ WC3 FT Mod.

and yes, i want both HL2/HL Source and CS Source

Just go off to some gaming store, open the case cell phone a friend or something and read him the cd key. Walk out and use that cd key. If u get caught, well i can't help u there.

or you can always borrow it from a friend or be legit and buy it from the store.

. I assume u still have your original copy and all you need is a cd key (to register a new STEAM ID)

well, i was talking to my friend at school and he said that he had an extra steam account with a store bought CD-key that he could give to me so WOOHOO!
