one of my friends got pulled over and ticketed 150$ heres what the deal was. he had a V6 ricer mustang..... if i were i cop i would have given him a ticket just for that crime. anyways hes got a big ricer spoiler (probably 2 1/2 feet tall) blue neon underbody kit, blue neon tube on the rear window sill and a single fart can....was almost at redline in first gear when he passed the cop so the exhaust was crankin. anyway he got a ticket for: 50$ on operation of vehicle with loud exhaust, 50$ impersonating a cop(blue lights) and 50$ blocking rear visibility (spoiler). does that sound stupid or what. o by the way i live in Massachusetts so the rules might be different here i dunno.

not to sound like a jackass but with a car like that maybe he should keep getting tickets so he doesnt waste any more money on what sounds like an atrocious piece of domestic rice.

i agree i dont like his car either god it could at least have a V8 or dual exhaust..... BUT SERIOUSLY was this ticket justified. ive never heard of a ticket for a spoiler, wat is werid is the spoiler is the same type as a spoiler on the evo 8 and the STI but those are factory equipped... something is wrong here

ive read about that in super street. i forget what issue it was plus im at skool right now, but it said like the only wayto have for it to be too loud is to have no piping basicly, becouse all the pipes sold are tested to be legal in every state. when i get home i will elaburate(sp?).

law enforcement at its finest, picking on people about their cars. terrible crime rates and stuff but our streets are clean of dark tint and loud music, i can live a safe life now. its the best when a cop on a motorcycle pulls some1 over for a seatbelt charge with a straight face. i guess its safer to ride on top of your vehicle with no seatbelt then to be in a vehicle with a 5 star safety rating and airbags, go figure.

All those tickets were justified in my opinion as a criminal justice student. The blue lights, loud exhaust, and obstruction of view are laws that are more then not overlooked unless your being annoying. I have seen people get pulled over for the air freshiners that hang from the rear view mirror. Personally I am quite a bit more relaxed about motor vehicle laws then most as I am heavily into cars.
