im trying to buy a winter beater withen the next week. i was wondering what type of cheap cars would be relabile and good in the winter. i kinda want a truck.
not looking to spend more than 800, i found some shit but i need some ideas

winter beater should be FWD and an automatic imo. AWD would be ideal, but that would drive up the cost. look for a cheap sentra or civic

80's-90s nissan/yota/izuzu etc. any cheap mini truck. even an older ranger 4 or 6 cyl. should provide you with some entertainment and keep the price low

From personal experience f-bodys are a blast to drive in winter.As for reliability,little 4 cyl. like suzuki swift,toyota's or nissan's.

i like vws, but im scared of repairs lol. how are the mk2s on reliablity, never rreally looked into the old ones. i need something i can beat on and it wil just keep going lol. shit i shoulda looked at that jetta.

mk2 mk3 are tanks, anything newer run for the hills, but your jew ass can't afford anything newer either way. mk2 are still fun to drive with suspension work for the corners, so when the stang is down your not bored in a noise filled honda piece of sh!t.
