In the Maine at lest we have this thing called Mainecare. (other states have it to with diff. names) Its for people that can't afford to pay a dentist or doctor. I did it when I was a kid, Free eye surgery and denial car. + I've been brushing twice a day for like 20 years

Pretty hard when u don't have the $$$. Brushing alone simply doesn't do it. I'm 29 and I've been to the dentist a total of 4 times in my entire life due to the extreme cost of dentistry in the states and I still have all my teeth except for 1 wisdom tooth (soon to be 2 though) Your average root canal ($1600) per tooth.

Considering that she lives in Britain where they have socialized medicine (which correct me if I'm wrong means she doesn't have to pay for it) She has 0 excuse.

It said she had untreated gum disease, which is treatable if caught early enough. Gonna go ahead and say she didn't catch it early Shame too cause implants/dentures suck ass. Implants only last 10 years or so and dentures...Well we all know what that is.

yes its free for the non working.but even when working it nowhere near 1600 dollars to have a wisdom tooth pulled out..health care is free for all here working or not..

A root canal is when u want to save a f*cked up tooth. It's where they drill into what's left of the tooth then extract the nerves. They then rebuild the tooth after that. What u are referring to is an extraction. That's about $200 per tooth in the states.

I'll take socialized medicine any old day of the week. Sure it comes with its own problems but I'd much rather deal with those problems then not get the medical/dental care every human needs.

ahhh yer soudns like its a big job....i think its 100$ to pull a tooth here. or just go to the shed and do it for free lol.
