So thursday night I went to work like normal. Left the house at around 9:45 pm. Nice normal night at work get home at around 9:00 am friday morning. Everything was going ok until I got a phone call from my wife. She asked me if I had borrowed her cd's out of her car. I said no then there was a long pause. Apparently when she went into her car friday morning for work the glove box was open and the case containing about 45 cds was gone. So she came home and we called the cops so they could come and get a statement. Apparently the night before the neighbors had their car broken into and the XM satellite radio stolen. So now tomorrow I have to call the insurance company and see if they cover the stolen cds.

Also stolen from the car were some receipts from a car wash that have coupons on them WTF!!! and a few dollars of canadian money left over from our vacation???? What a ****ing tool bag. The cop said he already has a suspect and he's trying to get a search warrant to get into his house.

damn that sucks I hate getting cd's stolen because you never know what the hell u have in the case after they are gone

damn that sucks ass...i hope they cover them...do you know all of the CD's that she had? and is there any sign of the car being broken into?

No there is no damage to the car. So either they knew what they were doing or the driver's side door was unlocked (but all the other were looked).

dont lead them any believe that think any of the car doors were unlocked then i guarantee they wont cover them....

This alpine head unit has 2 wires of 1meter each, 1 for USB key and another one for an ipod.

Some 'cheaper' heads unit have it in front of them like this one :
