How did you get that cool T that shows up next to the URL on my browser and in my favorites? I'm an admin on another forum and I think it'd be cool to have.

Its called a "favicon"

What is a favicon?
Favicon (pronounced fav-eye-con) is short for 'Favorites Icon.' A Favicon is a multi-resolution image included on nearly all professional developed sites.
