Full carbon race tuned EVO VIII mid 55 sec, M-Speed Skyline R34 GTR high 55 seconds and FD RX7 (don't remember the name) flat 56 sec.

Race car JGTC Arta NSX has done it in 53 sec.

only time I know is the Mines BNR34, its somwhere around 58.2-58.4... not the fastest but still pretty damn good

and keep in mind the Mines is a street race legal fully road car with 4 seats and all, not like those race prepped tuned car with all those high tech and carbon fibers and shits which many of them can't even do under 58 seconds range

Mine's is the fastest street legal tuned car ever made under range of 600 HP

actually the carbon hks evo has done it it 54 seconds and change.

the jgtc("super gt") nsx has done it in 51 and change.

the mines as done it IN 57 something

the mcr gtr has done it in 58 something

sarus gtr in 56 something

cyber evo in 55 something

run duce evo in 56 something

zero sports sti in 57 something

jun evo V in 55 something

auto select gtr 57 somthing

nams gtr 57 something(a few 1000th of a second off the auto select gtr)

thats all i can think of right now

edit: i actually thin the nams gtr may be faster than the auto select now
