yea, im in a mood of sorts tho... apparently the CT DMV has no record of my Mini being registered, and they cant find anything on the plates, so i may be stuck for a while without a working car... gotta love how they basically are saying they issued plates, a registration, and inspection sticker for a car they dont think exists
