the time actually got famous with the greatful dead, according to wikipedia. On the weekend closest to april 20th my school has hempfest, where hippies and stoners come to the campus and talk about how much it sucks that pot is illegal and sell jewelry to each other, there's usually some alright bands that play too.

It's as government apprenticeship. 4 years.

It's an apprenticeship that they open up and hire for all different trades. Mine is the Metals Inspector (NDT) trade.
