Got my first ticket....

...was in my mom's mystique doing 51 in a 40 zone. Guy caught me right as I came over a hump in the hill...****ty part was a vette about 5 car lenghts infront of me doing the same speed and a benz behind me doing the same.

Ah ****. Now I can either just take the ticket and get 2 points, or go to court and get it changed to a non-moving violation. One time deal thing...

That's kinda how it went. Then I pulled to the side, but there was no sholder...so he gets on the loud speaker thing...didn't know he was talking to me, I didn't know they called me "operator"

I got a ticket the other night, 500 bucks and 8 hours traffic shool. I had my 9 inch slicks on coming from the shop and dumped the clutch did a small wheel stand :banghead: and he was in a unmarked impala. Got me for operating a vehicle on 2 wheels, illegal tires and, no exhaust i was on headers. O well

Heh sounds awesome. Would love to see the look on the cops face.

But this sucks, apparently I cant get any points...so my licece might be revoked for a couple months.

Err how do I explain this to my dad who was about to help me with a car..?

thats such a ****ty feeling knowing that your gonna get rolled, oh well welcome to the club bud i got 3 speeding tickets so far just got one 2 weeks ago 80 in a 55 it was a country road with nice curves, i couldnt help it my car was just begging me to have some fun.im shure many of you guys have been cought in this situation...?? cop was cool too didnt give me tickets for no front plate or limo tints but he did give me a ticket for no seat belt

lol my first ticket was 130 kph in a 50 zone my brother could not stop laughing at me even while i was getting the ticket needless to say i dont do that anymore and that was 14 years ago

I got caught with a ticket going to GA going a 108 in a 70 $1000 ticket

fight that ticket. if you dont have the option to goto traffic school to have it removed from your record you cant go wrong. the worst that could happen is you have to pay the fine that you already owe.
chances are the cop wont waste his time on showing up for court and you're case will be dismissed.
happens all the time.

my first ticket was when i was 13 stole my daddy saab 9-3 was doing about 125 in a 50 zone.....im 17 now and i still dont have my licence how sad is that?

being your first ticket, most of the time/not all the time, the DA will drop it to a speed that will not cause you to get any points, at least thats what ive observed

Hopefully....but all the counties around here are in need of money, pullin people over left and right....so I may have a problem here. I did get pulled over by the Sherif...

funny thing is i contest all my tickets i have won 50% and lost 50% so meh its all good...

Say you fight the ticket, and win...Good luck with insurance. They arent as forgiving and it is still visible on your record

haha i have a great story for you guys...One of my friends co-workers at quiznos got arressted for 63 accounts of grand theft auto when he was 14. He told me that there was nothing to do in arkansas but steal cars....He could have gone on probation for 10 yrs, but opted to go to the federal prison for a year....when he was 14!!!! This guys is crazy...
