There will always be faster car on each different catagory (that's because individual car specialise on that catagory only, other word good on that but poor on the other) BUT the Skyline is the "MASTER OF ALL TRADE". The point is where ever you put the Skyline it is proven to be fast everywhere and somehow has always manage to stay at the top in every catagory (as the same car), you rarely or in my opinion I would never find a better "all around tuner car" then the Skyline, it is this ability which has made the Skyline unique cult status and received the honor of "king of all street car"

No matter how much you put down the Skyline you will never fully convince anyone

SO true that is exactly my point as I said earlier. That's why we have GTR where traction is an uncommon word for those cars. High power RWD cars are nothing without slicks. What the hell is 700. 800, 900 +++ horsepower RWD cars is good for on the street when they can't put it to the ground :loser1: NON other cars in the world has manage to run 8 seconds on street tires except the GTR :thumpup:

evos are just the same IMO only a 4 banger and still can match and beat skylines. but the skyline is a kind of kids car as well. if u owned a playstation chances are u want a skyline.lol

oh and did u see my post of the scooby that did a 9.1 on streets will soon be in the 8s.4 banger power

burgh let me tell you a funny thing but true. The Skyline ceased the production and stopped the development of the car for 4 years now. How many years did it took for the EVOs and the Scoobies catch the Skyline? DANG it took 14 - 15 years :loser1: stock for stock it took newer 2004/2005 model EVOs or Scoobies to beat alot older latest production R34 GTR from the 1999 Still the Skyline is old and dead out but even though as tuner car the EVO's and Scoobies has some way left to catch up. Scoobies and EVO's are just faster on the twisties coz it's lighter, nimber and symetrical AWD made for Rally but the GTR is the ultimate "AWD Grand Tourer", thanks to the ATTESSA ET-S that can go 100% RWD power on the straights when you want (without drivetrain loss) and AWD traction when you need it, NOT like Rallying symetrical AWD 50/50 ratio that can never achieve higher top speed quicker then Skyline from 0 - 180 ++ mph abow Get the point. You're lost burgh, just say you love the Skyline too

well thats the thing a older engine will have alot more time to get tuning companys to play with them.4 banger vs i6 as well.plus evos and scoobys can do rallying and track racing. where skyline can just do the thigns u say.

^^ Yep with slick the GTR is still number 1 running 7.671. That AWD record has been on the list for 8 years. Doesn't surprise me if one day the Talon DSM beats that record..
