Little things like bottle pressure settings, jet sizes, and little different quarks here and there. Nitrous Express tends to run a little leaner then their competition. And they rate their systems to the wheels ,where the competition does to the crank *jet size difference*.
Alot of things you can point to being a problem here. #1 the amount of nitrous into a single fogger nozzle(looks like on the video) drawn into the throttle body, instead of an actual fogger system into each individual intake runner for complete nitrous control. #2 A bottom end that couldnt handle that amount of stress. Either way looks like a learning experience. Those solenoids look like they were the Iceman solenoids support up to 600+ hp jettings. The lowest jet size you can use is 200 and they go in 100 hp jets from there. Thats asking alot out of a V6 bottom end.

Alright you primitive screw-heads, listen up. See this? This is my boomstick! It's a 12-gauge double-barreled Remington. S-Mart's top of the line. You can find this in the sporting goods department. That's right, this sweet baby was made in Grand Rapids, Michigan; retails for about one hundred nine, ninety-five. It's got a walnut stock, cobalt blue steel, and a hair trigger. That's right, shop smart, shop S-Mart!
