3000gt = stealth es =160hp FWD SOHC 3.0L V6, 3000gt SL = stealth R/T= 220hp FWD DOHC 3.0L V6, 3000gt VR-4 = stealth R/T TT= 300hp AWD DOHC 3.0L Twin Turbo V6. 3/S' arn't really considered DSM. DSM really refers to the eclipse/talon/laser/ and Galants which are all 2.0L 4cylinder cars that pretty much have very similar engine parts and body parts w/ the eclipse/talon/laser. If it was a Stock VR-4 vs Stock TT 300ZX, the vr4 would have won despite its weight. That looks more like a stock stealth R/T TT with a shitty ass driver to me, The TT 3/S are capable of low 13's stock with a good driver, most decent drivers can run high 13-low 14s..... and also... that was a god damn 10sec Z, not really much of a race, its obvious that the Z in the vid was a monster so theres no point in trying to play that the 300zx car in general is better than the stealth even though they are pretty darn nice cars.

FYI I ran 14.00 @ 100mph bone stock when I bought the car but got in to the 13's with some practice launching. I think that one was probably a stock TT but he just fouled up the launch.

either way it was no comparison hehe

Why did you? You could've broken the turbos, and had to get a brand-new engine and turbo.

That is not A TT car you ran against a non turbo would run the exact times of 15.xx with a decent driver ,i have had bad starts and made up for it later down the track and not run that slow
