First, Marek, i think that a few years back she represented France (yes france europe, not french canada) in the European song festival. I know because one of my moms friends was on the portuguese team that year and has pictures with her.

Second I dont agree alot with covers, but they have been around for ages, even "knocking on heavens door" has been covered and recovered ever since its first showed up decades ago (if you think you know who sang it first, you might be wrong, cuz that guy probabily covered it too)

yeah, its wrong for some like, maybe n´sync do some gay version of "born to be wild" or some great song like that, but I dont see the problem with alot of others and sometimes the end result is much better than the original.
