It's a clip from "The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly" a 1966 movie from Sergio Leone starring Clint Eastwood. The Music is "The Ecstasy of gold" by Ennio Morricone.

The Fall Guy was just one in a whole list of classic 80s fare such as The A-Team, Dukes of Hazzard and Knight Rider. I could do a whole list of cult classic 80s shows that I miss!
