I was trying to say TORQUE-DEMON's arguement was silly. Some were talking of slapping larger turbos on the S4 and going fast. He said do the same to an M5 and see what happens. I was getting at the fact that the M5's internals can't handle turbocharging. And I'm sure the compression ratio is super-high to begin with (not good when combined with turbos). So no, you can't do the same thing to an M5 (not without strengthening the internals and dropping the compression ratio, all of which lead to a more expensive car than simply souping-up an S4).
