na.. dont plan on doing really anything with the 4.3.. it already quick enough and winter is coming lol.. so we will see how that goes, i dont really wanna stick money into the other truck mainly becasue i want it all on mine.. i have alot of left over parts from my truck i can throw on it which is awsome.. this new truck will be flat black hopefully when im done, i need a rat rod truck now!!

good bad news and good news.. good news is in a few hours me and my dad are gonna go check out the truck to make sure hes ok with it, and if he is its mine tom!! YAY!! lol and also i started sanding down my dash which is a pain in the ass, thanks for power tools!!
badnews i had my truck running and had the gauges plugged in so i could watch the temp and not let the truck overheat and i must have bumped the cluster.. cause i look back and i can see white puff a smoke come out.. now the whole right side of the cluster dont work, gas, volts, and temp.. it sucks i can see where it burnt up but dk how to fix it..

sorry guys for no updates lately.. since i decided to get the truck im having to save money to get the title and insurance swapped next wed.. so i just been doin kinda boring things.. the bodylines were horribly off on the fenders and the doors so i been tryin to straighten them out.. i also painted the battery box but nothing much else as of right now.. but soon i will have progress pics of both trucks which is awsome!

still waitin on the new truck.. 2 more days to go!! but in the mean time heres my truck.. havent really done much, aligned some body lines up.. painted my battery box and cleaned my rims lol.. what ya guys think are some cool ideas i should do?




my mom got one of the handles done on the door panel.. i think it looks pretty damn good..

and you guys think theres away to fix this?

and as for the chip...maybe try getting a piece of copper or some insulated wire and solder the top to the bottom like this



(red being the wire)



i dont know how safe it would be, but it might work if that burnt part is toasted

funny thing is i did have irocs on it before the rims thats on there now!!
i didnt really care for them and they rubbed real bad.. now maybe if they were 18's and chrome that would be better lol.. and thanks guy about the firewall.. i think its still a mess in there.. i wanna start painting some engine things but dont have any idea on what to paint and what colors.. and for the back of the gauge cluster.. i thought about that, i really need something there, i dont have gas, volts, or temp working because of it.. pretty much the whole right sideis dead..

and i started making the plate so the battery doesnt fall out.. since before it stayed in by zipties.. its done and painted now, i just got to put it on.. ill have pics up soon..

yea i have a friend with the 20/22 combo he got for $1200 w/ tires on his newer S-10 with bags, but not laying frame like yours, just hella low though

i havent seen him in like 5 months or so because he is at Cal State Long Beach University but ill call him up and try to get some pics of that thing....he has the batteries in the bed hooked up for the bags and a glass bottom with 4 amps in that bish and 2 15's and 2 12's JL Audio subs right behind him in a fiberglass box he got made

im sure he got that bish painted by now, it was that stock dark blue paint but he was playing to get the same paint i got for my Z....Mercedes black pearl metalic, also w' the top half (hood, roof, bed cover) pearl white metalic..... that shit would look bomb


ill call him up tomorrow and see whats up
