over the weeked did alot of thrashing, pulled the exsaust and hood off for better acsess, got the tranny and transfercase out, now just need to pull off the flexplate wich is in 2 pieces, if a can find a decent camera ill try to get pics up

heres the heep with its new shoes, 35x12.50R15 Mickey Thompson Radial Baja Claws mounted on 15x8 American Racing 767's with 4" Backspacing, to run the tires reliably the rear 27 spline cryco 8.25 will be replaced with a 30 spline Dana 44, and the frt Dana 30 will get a set of alloy shafts, both axles will be fitted with 4.88's gears and Detroit Lockers

been spending the past couple days desining a frt bumper, got a cardboard template mockup done, it will be made out of 2x5 box tubing, im gonna do the cutting and bending then im gonna have a friend weld it all up, heres couple pics of the mockup bumper

well thats pretty coole but leave space for a wench

cant have a serious off road vehicle without a decent wench and cant have a wench w/o somehwere to mount it

no winch at this point, loose to much clearance up frt and dont got the money, eventually i may do another bumper that mounts the winch under the radiator, so its hidden and i dont loose clearance
