really, how does that happen? I left all the lugnuts on my car loose one time and drove the car around the block before one of the wheels came off (hey don't laugh at me!!) this guy lost all of them at the same time!

Loose lugs would explain one falling off, I think it's obvious that he went to hit the NAWSS button and accidentelly hit the 'Wheel Ejection' button instead.

Somebody on another forum (who was there at the event) explained what happened: The guy bought new lug nuts from his tire dealer, but it turns out that while it had the correct thread pitch, the lugs were slightly too big. The guy torqued them down, but there was not enough thread contacting the stud, which caused them to shear off.

what a friggin clown. That's what he gets for just buying parts and slapping them on like a typical ricer. do some research w/ parts...TOOL. Wrong sized/wrong thread pattern lug nuts....LOL
