Exclamation twinturbo 4 rotar vs 20B TT S5 RX7

Recent vid from the NZ 4 and rotary nationals. The gold series 5 RX7 is Mazsports Twin turbo 20B pp and does one very very impressive launch only to be run down at half track by Lawton Rotarsports SP20 station wagon. The SP20 runs a 26B pp quad rotar with 2 very large turbonetics turbos feeding 2 rotars each. This is a awesome video, listen to Mazsports turbo's spool up just before a very aggressive wheelstand launch.

That RX7 sounds awesome. Nice wheelstand to. Two very tough cars!

Aww damn! Last knew it was "only" a 600hp centrifugal SC'd 3 rotor.

The RX-7 obviously has more potential left in it. Better driving and it'll get times that mach it's trap speeds.

The SP20 was supercharged? i didnt know that. I remember it last season when it was called "SP20B". He reckons with some more development the car is capable of a 7 sec pass!!! Suppose we will have to wait till next season to see more of this beast. It sounds insane in real life. It seams the drag season raced past this year i only made it to a few events. Cant wait till next year!!!

Sweet, great vid. The s5's pre-launch boosting sounds great.
