there cheap and the 2.4 twin cam loves boost same as the ecotec. I was running a disco potato on my cav and it dynoed 280hp and 310tq @ 2500 rpm on the stock fuel system and bottom end at only 10 psi. put you every day ls1 to shame. the weak link is the tranny, I went through 3 in a year and a half.

stock or nearly stock fbody's were no issue. My friend has a 2001 ss with ls6 intake longtubes no cats and borla loudmouth with 3:73 gears from a dig he'd kill me but from a 40 roll it was dead even till 140 when i ran outta gear. 1st your info sucks......I have a cam, and 3 bolt-ons and I make 401rwhp and 399 rwtq after my re-tune, and my car weighs roughly 3500lbs.....

2nd...my car is far from the fastest on the road, but would have NO ISSUES carving up some POS cavilier w/ 280whp......get real dude.

3rd.....About 2 weeks ago, I dusted a 330 awhp WRX STI...from a 20 roll to 140 I put about 10 cars on him, my shit is far from slow there honcho.
