so even with the 3mph at the 1/4 and 1mi the vette couldn't make up that difference? seems fishy. Also the vette is rated at over 100hp more. I say best 2 outta 3

I saw them both at road atlanta this weekend. The zr1 was faster in a straight line.

the z06 vette was 120k dollars over here...and still in LHD.so the zr1 will be over 200k..

id like to see what porsche top of the range car can do. if this one can hang with it.

this is their top of the range car at least for this year. both great cars but id still take the gt2. if the zr1 was twin turbo instead of sc it would sell me.

well i ment CGT.it would be a good race between the 2..i thought the zr1 would walk the gt2...

I want to see the video from cars till the end. The ZR1 had 3mph on it at the 1/4 and it somehow didn't catch up in 3/4 of mile. The GT2 is damn fast but the ZR1 is faster just not in these dips hands lol

like he said. gear ratio plays a big part of it also. both cars will cost around the same here. but one will only be LHD = big fail. id say the porche will out sell the zr1 even if the germans kept them only to germany.like yanks do.i dont matter about the power. its the badge on the front what sells it for most people..and a chevy one isnt a great seller over seas.
