the reason I think the car is a pos is becouse it needs 4 turbos and 16 cylinders to make 1000hp. and no car should cost 1 million dollars thats just insane. Douche Clarkson loved the zr1 and he hates everything american. It's funny how he trased talked the gto but loved the holden manero, its the same god damn car *******. I geuss the gto badge makes it suck...

And the whole china thing won't happen. maybe some cars but not all will be made there. honestly the only new american cars I even like are the vettes cts-v mustangs and the cobalt ss/tc. everything else is junk.

haa i dont think it NEEDS that to make the power.they have been using 4 turbos for a long time...its more of a look what we can do.they say it is not a bad DD.how many other 1000hp cars can you use daily.and have the luxury to do it...

maybe clarkson trash talked the GTO.as all they did was change the name..and put it with a american suspension set up.? what mae it a bad car. i remember you having the 1989 golf GTI and that having a differnt set up..our GTI was great in the corners.where your gti was soft as shit..

A 10.85 and a 10 flat are two very different leagues. Its not the same as jumping from a 12.8 to a 12 flat with an extra 75 hp. As you get quicker, it takes exponentially more hp to make it faster. Everyone knows this. A full .8 seconds faster in two 10 second cars isn't even a comparison. Not to mention the trap speeds are 12+mph apart and the ZR1 still has room for launch improvement. That car can do a 9.8 @ 140. Eventually it will get there. Big freaking difference if you ask any drag racers around here. Props to Ling.
