All that doesn't matter. At the end of the day what matters is the fact that the guy in the bimmer had daddy pay for all of his mods....and the car; whereas the vette is still a chevy, and can still be fixed with a f**k'n hammer. Don't get me wrong, I love the 6 series, its a beautiful car, but for raw unrelenting power....VETTE ALL THE WAY!

I dont think too many parents buy their kids 350-500 hp vettes for their kids.
However, alot of parents buy, or hand down their econoboxes to their kids, which in turn is what fuelled the whole rice industry. Why else would anyone choose to use a forest green toyota camry or beige coloured honda accord as a platform to modify unless it was given to them free from their parents? Personally I'd have to take the Z06, yeah the M6 is a more refined car all around but my point I guess if i had to make one:
People dont drive racing go karts (100cc, 125cc, or even the 250cc super karts which can do 140-160mph) because they are "refined." You buy them to go fast. I think I would smile more in the Z06 because it's not refined, its got a really raw aura to it. That's what I think attracts people to the Z06. Besides, i think the Z06 is around 10 seconds faster than the M6 around the Nurburgring. I consider myself a fairly hardcore speed addict though so I tend not to care too much about creature comforts in a vehicle. |

Forgot to add:
Superkart race YouTube - Aust Superkart Champs rnd 1 I'd buy one of those things for 20-30 thousand dollars, leaves plenty of cash to get a 7 series or something with lots of "comfort." |
