that Evo and T/A are a close race.....untill the N20 was used then it real ugly.

yer.t one of them spanked the race gassed D/R and nawzz GTO. i guess he needs a driver mod. is a GTO LS1 or LS2?

2004 GTO is LS1, very heavy and not a good performer unless you do atleast a heads and cam on it. The LS2 GTO's are the ones w/ the hood scoops and the duel outlet exhaust on the back. People have been buying the hoods and rear bumpers to that their LS1 GTO looks like the LS2 GTO's. LS2 is decent, but by no means a fast cars, normally good for high 13's w/ an average driver. It's the body weight and the IRS that kills them.

depends, that GTO was an LS2, and he needed the driver mod, that was some slow shifting..

and godamn that TA whooped ass.

yep, that's a LS2 in the GTO, his main problem is traction, poor burnout, no prep and slow shifting.

My EVO was the faster of the two and it's getting a meth kit, twin disc exedy clutch next. That should be enough to handle him from a roll and murder him even worse from a dig. The stock clutch won't hold anymore so I'm coming out at low rpm without the 2-step at low rpm.

The T/A is crazy fast on the gas....I think it runs low 12's on motor. He's going to be hard to catch with the meth kit. Eventually I'm pulling the 20g turbo and swapping in a 35R, that should do the trick
