thats one of the most interesting swaps i've seen. Down to a smaller motor but it's turbo'd. Honest, since power/weight ratio is one of the key factors in acceleration, negating traction/aerodymanics/gearing, this is a smart thing to do. Now if he had turbo'd the 5.7 that was in there his trap speed might be a bit higher but props for doings something out of the ordinary. (this doesnt imply that i think turbo'd vettes are close to the norm)
Just for my clarification, if two cars have the same power/weight ratio and have similar 1/4 times, the higher horsepower car would trap faster, correct? obviously a hypothetically simplified question but base your anwser only on what i gave. dont trow turbo lag or anything like that in there |
