Daily Driver - 1985 VW GTi 8v, totally stock minus the stereo and speakers.

Project - 1986 Mustang LX convertable 3.8 with a 3-speed auto...a couple years later, we'll call it a 1990 GT convertable 5.0 5-speed with the following mods: lunati cam, 3.73 gears, 2.5 inch exhaust (minus cats, plus flowmasters and some headers), stock e7 heads with some porting and bigger valves (powerheads.com). Tubular GT40 intake, 24lb injectors, bigger MAF and TB. Roller rockers (1.6), under drive pulley kit.

Big deal. Id rather be fast and win when Im racing than having a constant power adder. Its not like a LS1 is hp deficient off the bottle anyways. N20 is there when you need it. After a person gets served like that 2 times in a row, they usually admit defeat and thats that. How many times do people race more than 6 times in a row? B/c thats how many full 1/4 miles runs you get off a standard 10 lb bottle. If the guy is a true nitrous pig, he'll be packing a spare bottle anyways.
