I'm not sure to good understanding but he seems to have a VTEC turbo under the hood

ummmmm............
i don't know where the VTEC part comes from. i don't think the 2.2 Dodge is really designed to facilitate multiple cam profiles, and variable valve timing. somebody is confused. it might be me, i don't know.
