Beretta3400 VS Neon Brakes on fire

This beretta use to have a 3100 which is a 3.1 now it has a 3400 3.4

How did they get that hot in the first place???? Did he have his feet on the breaks the whole time or what??

Enkie DM5 Gunmetal 18's,K&N oil filter Fake Carbon Fiber Bowtie.Nokia Hyper Blue head lights, GMPP Front and Rear Strut Bars,Removed Resenator Removed ubend. hypertech180* T-stat .
