People do that with motorcycles all the time, why not with cars?

EDIT: Actually I know some guys who do that with their doors, they open their doors and hang on them then put their feet down and slide. It's pretty stupid in my opinion.

i think its fake becuase the car starts to head towards the median then the screen shifts and its back on the right side of the road.
