Looks like a well thought out project. Watch out for intake leaks with both mills.......mostly the 3.1. But with two engines pulling that car it should be a grandma fresh sleeper. No one will know what hit them. This is the perfect sleeper.....who would expect a fast 95 cutlass......... Oh its just a fwd pos cutlass. Or a twin engine 12? second sleeper. Good luck with it.

Yea I used to have a 91 GP with the 3.1 MPFI and that thing might as well have been a v8 the way it sucked down gas. Also I remember once reading in (I think hot rod) about a twin engine citation with twin 2.8's but they kept having cooling problems with the rear engine.

oh and she really doesnt suck down the gas unless we have the rear engine running constantly...but she is displacment on demand...the 442 can be driven on just the front 3100 with a trans circulation pump keeping the rear trans lubricated while the 3800 is off and in neutral. with just the 3100 so far we have gotten 21-22 mpg highway and with more city driving we should be able to confirm whether it is getting 16mpg in city driving... with both engines running we havent found out what mpg she gets as we havent driven it constantly with both engine running...but i would guestimate that she manages at least 12 mpg... she's all that we could ask for and more...if we ever break anything we can still drive it home...gotta love redundancy Regards, James
