I don't usually criticize videos, BUT that was pathetic ... that guy can NOT drive.

It would be nice to see what that Camaro can really do with a good driver behind the wheel.

it wasn't that bad I imagine the car is a lil overweight which may make it a lil difficult to do compared to most cars but I enjoyed the sound .

An overweight Camaro Oh please ... The driver (Ryan Hampton) Is an Idiot, he claims he has been drifting for "FIVE" years.
Five years, and he still cannot drift a Camaro ...

I could ... No, my grandmother could drift a riding lawnmower better than this BOZO.

For anybody to watch these videos, and think this guy Is a good driver ... I have this to say to you.

Turn off your computer, and get your A$$ to a track and watch some REAL drivers do some drifting.

Nomad,

You still don't get it. Trying to badmouth me on every forum is not winning you anything. You constantly whine or try to insult what you are not capable of. you are the one that came onto our website and said you can out drive me. IF YOU ARE SO GREAT, PROVE IT, there is a Formula D event at Irwindale on the 27th please enter and show us your tremendous driving talent. You still don't get that we are DEVELOPING THE CAR. It still is far from being set up to be a competitve drift car. If you would do any research before saying something and engaging in hyperbole you would have seen that I am a seeded driver in Formula D.

I am an instructor for Bondurant and have been a racing instructor for the last 10 years, and have won championship after championship in every form of motorsports including DRIFTING. If I was half as bad as you say I am I dont think I would be hired by a factory team (FALKEN) to drive for them. How many IRL races have you won, none. How many Grand-Am Championships have you won, none. How many drifting championships have you won, none. So I would say you are about out of excuses for your unfounded insults. I am one of 15 Americans to hold a D1 license, so I would suppose I can't drift. I am sorry the rest of you have to read this, but I figure if Nomad comes and s.h. its in my back yard(the car owners website). IF YOUR GOING TO TALK SMACK BACK IT UP.

Nomad, let me enlighten you about my so called fabricated history.....

What are you, some type of Drama Queen?

Hey dumba$$, the FACT Is, you can not drift, DEAL WITH IT.
I tried to give you some good advice, but you refused It.

Are you going to get Into a pissing contest with "EVERYBODY" that criticizes your driving? (I wasn't the only person to criticize your driving)

I suggest you spend ALL of your free time learning how to drift, and stop blaming the car for "YOUR" lack of driving skills.

Nomad,
You know what you're right, I can't drift. I guess I should blame the car when I won the US Drift National Championship in 2003, I suppose the car did it all on its own. I should definatley listen to a guy who probably cant even change his oil or I should sure as hell listen to you about how to become a better drifter considering a) you have never done it, b) you know nothing about driving, c)you are definatley not a professional drifter, d) you do not give advice, you try to insult, e) you try to argue something when there is undeniable truth to something, and finally you stated before that I can not drive and you can. ONCE AGAIN BACK IT UP.

Here is the Registration link for Formula D:

Cordially waiting,

What the hell Is wrong with you?
You are having a tempter tantrum because of "MY" opinion of your driving skills, I am flattered, but why does "MY" opinion mean so much to you.

I know why Because everything I stated about you Is true, and you know It.

As a mechanic, I could care less about "YOUR" opinion of my abilities, why?
Because my work speaks for Itself. I don't need any praise from anyone, but why do you want "MY" approval?

If you want "MY" approval for your driving abilities, you need to get your head out of your a$$ and learn how to DRIVE.

You also need to get off that "My $hit don't stink" attitude of yours.
"Nobody" Is going to "JUST" give you the Praise and Approval that you crave, you need to EARN It.

GOT IT! ... I doubt It, people like you never learn ... you are too stupid.
Well, good luck Mr. Organ Donor ... you will need It, I am not going to waste any more time on you.

RPS,
The car is pushing right around 700Hp and has a super T10 tranny, detroit locker with a Ford 9 inch. We are hopefully sorting out the steering angle problem this week, and adding a rear sway bar. We are suffering from massive amounts of body roll, and is causing the car to transition way to slow. We hope to have the car 90% there by Irwindale

Nomad,

I am not trying to impress you, I am exposing you for what you are. You stated I am a better driver than you mentality, and that you should be driving the camaro. I could careless about one mans opinion, but since you have something to prove with insults ie, (refer to your previous post). I will call you out on it. The difference between me and you is you have no honor, or conviction. Much like many of the people that have worked hard to get to where we are and our results speak for themselves, you coming onto the car owners website saying that I hope you die and that and have a good life insurance policy. I will make you my bi.tch. Nomad how do you want your ass handed to you? On silver platter or a paper plate. I am not the best driver in the world, but I know I am more than capable of operating a vehilce and I do not need your approval, but I will expose you for being a) a coward when faced with a challenge, b) a whiner who talks smack and can't back it up, c) a very envious individual who just has to try to bash something cause they cant do it, and d) You're one of those "mechanics" with the I can drive better than the guys who are paid to do it mentality, I think you should probably take some of your own advice, you are the one who is arrogant saying you can drive better. Where are your results? If you trully are as good as you claim, you would have been paid to drive already. So I am done with you also. and YES I never stop learning and I have more to learn. So don't try to defamate my character by saying I am not willing to learn. You are totally off base on that one. and the $hit don't stick attitude, I am have made driving errors in my 17 year career, I have crashed a few cars in motorsports, and I will crash more. So I have never claimed too be the god of driving like you claim. When you are ready to stop being a coward come on out and PROVE EVERYTHING YOU SAY, you can register for Formula D up till the day of the event.

In the meantime Nomad, if you would like to come out to drift day and learn, here is the instuctor list Maybe you can come out there and learn how to drift yourself.
http://www.driftday.com/staff.htm

Maybe you would like to purchase the Drift Association instructional video:
I can teach you how on tv to make it easier for yourself.
http://store.driftingshop.com/driftreviewdvd.html

And last but not least go to this website drifting.com you can learn a whole bunch there too.
http://www.drifting.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=12

Thank you again Nomad for keeping me entertained,
Ryan Hampton
