Default Gallardo dyno video

Baseline 414 rwhp. Viper tuner Jason Heffner is going to do a twin turbo on it.

That guy is nuts. The Viper in my avatar is tuned by him and it pushes 1300-2000hp. I can't wait to see what he makes with the Gallardo .

I thought you couldnt disable the awd system on the Gallardo? 414rwhp? Does it only do 500 hp when its awd? I thought the only car you could do it was the Skyline... (More info?)

He's asking if it can be done like the skyline just as you are.
As far as I know it can't be done (easily). I'm guessing they pulled the front driveshaft, but I'd think that would cause some in consistancies in the dyno readings.

414 is rear wheel hp. 500 is flywheel hp. So it all sounds right to me, other than the front wheels not turning.

No, the Gallardo is awd, but there might be a rwd version coming.

Sounds very similar to a viper. Have you guys seen that Dialblo 6.0 Twin Turbo built in Japan. It laid down 1000bhp to the wheels. Crazy.

You can unmount the driveshafts. My brother did that on his rallycar when he drove in the dyno

that is an option, but then you run the risk of tearing up the rear end. its ballsy to send all of the power to the rear when its only supposed to handle 1/2.
