Thats a matter of opinion. Unfortunately we'll never know. I wasnt implying that todays F1 cars have abs, but there were instances of traction control devices being used.

true, but also ground effects and other tech innovations were used. some of my faves include the 6-wheeled Tyrrell P34 and the 1978 Brabham fan car.

Just my 2 cents

Also, check this out:

**** I just wrote it's dijon - the old french circuit not a Spa!!!
PS the toyota had the biggest budget of over 700mln dolars and was one of the worst teams.
Just now after 3 years of F1 they start to so some good skils....
money isn't everythink.....

toyota actually has an unlimited budget, basically anything they need. toyota is serious about wanting to win in f1. true tho, they dont have history of F1, so need to develop more than, say, ferrari, therefore need more money

Your right.
Senna, Fangio, Nuovolari, Prost they were all great drivers, not to mencione Rosemeyer and others from pre-WWII GPs.
But onething is for sure: Mistakes and Schumacher ussually dont go together.

About the circuit, its really not Spa, but most circuits have changed alot or disapeared from the GPs since then.
