Watch the race - you see him clearly overpower his line, veer to the right (from his perspective, not the camera's), let off to regain traction, then get back on it to smooth it out - by that time....the other guy was well across the line....that's racin!

And Ped saying he's always cheating, messing with the outcomes of these races......That's TOTAL BULLSH(T......His raceteam is so competitive - they argue like that on a daily basis......

I don't watch drag racing all that much, but has to be some truth in it.

I know the names because several years ago when I still bought car magazines they'd be in them. No, I don't watch drag racing. I couldn't tell you who races for who or any of the new guys names.

I would like to hear this theory as well.

John Force has 14 Championships, that speaks for itself. He has also built one of the most successful racing teams, in any motorsport, period.

everythings different when you cross the pond. and its one thing to watch, and another to actually do it.

true that we love football here. lol.but i found it boring doing it also.im more into man tracks.then lil boy tracks.its much better to have a car set up for it all rather then.going just in a straight line for what 14-10 secs..not much time to have fun IMO..and when you go to a track and only get 3-4 runs in a day.thats like 30secs of racing.

not that i own a car that can do either...ive grown out of spending money on cars in them ways.

well i think we come from different backgrounds. when i meant its more fun actually doing it i meant along the lines of the whole ordeal involved around it. im a mechanic at heart, have been my whole life. pulled my first motor at 7yrs old. for me its more than the 9sec passes i do on my bike or the 10sec passes done in the car. for me the fun is in the pits building, racing, then testing, then racing etc. and doing it all over again after each pass. everyone has their own niche. mine is the 1320. plus how often can you go race your car on a road course compared to a drag strip? i go 2-3times a week where i live. so thats at least 10 times a month, with average 5-15 runs in a night.


but like i said to each their own. some like corners, others like straights. as long as your having fun.
