had a little fun this weekend with the local gang... I challenged my buddy EJ with the 980rwhp T-88 turbo Mustang for the #1 spot in our local quick list this weekend

WOW....HOLY SHIT Mellon. You come out that hole w/ a vengence !!! Once that beastly stang stopped boiling his tread off, he rocketed past you like you were tied to a tree stump. Damn, both sick cars for sure. Thanks for sharing. Any 1/4 mile times for the turbo stang? looks like w/ traction he should be pulling 8 sec time slips easy.

he just put the T-88 turbo on and did a few passes and spun his way to a mid 9 at 145+ or better

it's crazy fast and he can drive it on the street but he owns a repo service and typically just hauls it around to save on gas so don't let that fool ya.

thanks man, Buschur built 2.0 shorty + stage 3 head is on the way to go with the larger cams I have sitting here. I can't wait to see what it'll do at 40psi on race gas.

Jesus christ I thought the mustang was a goner when you ripped out of there but when that summabish found some traction he started reeling like hell. Good race

yep, he laid down two black stripes to the 1/8th mile... I looked back and saw him kick it up to high boost and the hood rose up and he was coming...crazy when you're going nearly 130 and a car is driving past you like you're sitting still.

Looked like he won by like a car but probably .01 of a second later the mustang and him switched positions lol

yep, I beat him to the 1/4 by 2 cars but had we gone any further he was coming around me quickly.

thanks guys we'll do another video shoot within a month, hopefully we'll have another good turnout. I hear some guys from Mississippi might be coming up and hopefully we can get the Arkasas guys to come back as well.
