More than the woman driver bit is think of the kind of crate engine setup you could have had installed in that thing for ~$40,000... You could come up with something making a hell of a lot more than 400 hp. Perhaps a RWD or AWD conversion while you're at it? Guys like him are just funny. Don't get me wrong, I respect whoever it is that tuned their cars. I just don't think if it were my $40,000 on that car I'd spend it modding the stock engine...

This business of racing heavily heavily modified cars against stock ones isn't very scientific and doesn't really mean anything at all. They're basically trying to make boy-ricers feel good about themselves.
And dont even start with the 'woman driver' stuff. All she had to do was shift at the right time and floor it. Vicki is actually a pretty kick-ass driver, though. One of the best rally drivers in the last 30 years was a woman. Some of the fastest times set on the nurburgring were set by a woman. It was just a stupid test.

Its about damn time someone else knew who Michelle Mouton was... And yeah, thanks for coming out and saying it Remirez... I just don't post often enough to come out and pick an argument with the regulars, unless they're talking about Mr. Flemming, that is.

And did you really expect a British chick to be able to handle a red-blooded American monster? From my time over there there's nothing that would have prepared her for the experience. ![]()
