His humour always seems a little forced. It was worse when he was on Top Gear back in the day and he really tried (and failed) to be witty.

Yeah, but I think when he acts natural and is himself is rather good ( testing the golf gti with tom or the kawa zzr1400 with vicky)

ha. good finds. Not sure I've ever seen clarkson as a passenger before. Certainly not a scared passenger.
