Let me explain Manuel, I believe the palettes belonged to a guy who was fed up with people parking in his space. The funny part is that the van driver (like all van drivers) didn't give a **ck about the palettes and just drove away.

I think it's funny but then again I'm officially a goofy sum***** with a sick sense of humor
