I remember one of my driving instructors telling us about a bike accident he saw, he ran over to help the motorcyclist and the motorcyclist sat up, looked around, then fell over dead. So looks can be deceiving.

But one thing is for sure, that biker will definately not feel like tap dancing in the near future.
