Why didnt he just do one of those burnouts they do at races burnout till just past the tree and let off? or do it when past the crowd. I smell lawsuits and rightfully so imo

Yeah same boat with you but I would think there would have been some sort of safety precautions taken rather than just driving the ****er to the end of the street and standing on it for 200 feet on a surface different than a drag strip.

they shouldnt of had them high powerd cars on a public street.every one has seen drag car crashes on a drag strip.it could of been alot worse if it was a proper run.

^Yup. If they wanted to do some burnouts for the kids {this was for a kids charity} use a 10.5 car or something that is more controllable if something were to go wrong.

negligence on the driver, crowd and event (properly spelled out for you, burgh) organizer's part. Driver should have done a shorter burnout or burnout in place though with tiny front tires i bet that'd be impossible for those cars. crowd, well, not really negligence but more ignorance. i would have been atleast right beside if not behind where it was going. the event organizers should have planned better. lawsuits will be coming and someone is gonna feel the burn

I'm a huge fan of Rally Sport and as a spectator I know the risk involved. I hope everyone realizes just how dangerous it can be when around high performance vehicles. The only way to be 100% safe it to watch a video feed - but we all want to be there in person.
