The only thing that gives those cars the power is the supercharger. motor only matters a bit. For example if the american drags are v8 then you can put as well a jap v8, ger. v8, eng. v8. anything. just put a damn supercharger like the one on those drags and it will do the same time. Of course if you don't have a good motor then how could it handle so much power, well its proven that there's many motors way better than the american ones. No one has ever tried it because most hardcore drag racers are american and its easy for them to get a domestic motor which they can find many parts for than a japanese/german when they would have to pay lots of money for the parts. They would also do it to keep the tradition or the American-muscle pride.

Last time I check was in TOP gear Evo beat the c6 in lap times. NoHOOK I see you missed couple of cars in the top 10 list and posted everything else up to put c6 on top 10. I believe Evolution was 2 above the C6 and I don't recall the c6 on top 10. Don't post false listings. I don't want to list everything but Corvette does 1min26.8 and EVO does 1min26 sec flat. Both car not near top 10 around 14or 15. Both nice cars with fast lap times but EVO with slight edge.

Didn't mean to post fals times, I got those times from a guy that had posted the top 10 times on another site. I thought they were kinda off but either way if the vette and Evo did race it would be anyones race
