I dont know if many people realize this but vettes are not expensive. You can get into a nice one for around $30,000. I paid $34,000 for my Tundra. Think about that...

again like i said i think vipers are nice cars as well, as you have probablly seen in your threads i give them credit where credit is due. however, I have my own opinion and that is vettes are better than vipers in so many ways. It just gets old givin chevy so much crap for the vette. the only time you compliment it is when someone calls you out on it. I'm not sayin you have to worship the vette or even like it for christ sake, all i'm sayin is you don't have to comment on it as being a pos at every opportune moment. In fact you don't have to do anything anyone says, I was just statin my opinion that hearin about your opinion on the vette bein shitty all the time is annoying...

"nearly as fast"? I would rather have the fast one. "chaeper"? vette wins that one in every dept. "better looking"? No way, the vipers (96-02 GTS) are some of the best looking cars in history. Example, a vette and a Viper pull up to a light at the same time, the Viper will get more looks for sure. "interior"? They both suck. Its a true tie.

hahah bullshit the Viper's interior is straight up ass. Who gives a shit about how many looks you get, seems like you want a Viper because of the attention. Buy a car because you like it not because you cant get people to look at you. The regular C6 is almost as fast and much cheaper, the C6 Z06 IS faster looks much better and its cheaper.

I like flashy cars. The vettes interior is just as bad. Ive been in both alot, I can tell you first hand. And I love the way Vipers look. Its a muscle car that looks like a flexed muscle. They are just mean lookin. A reg. C6 is NOT as fast as any Viper. Ive seen it first hand too. The new ZO6 is a little faster than ANY VIper but cost just as much. Same differance there. DO any of you deal with these cars? Or is it just from what you have read or seen online? Ive been around all these cars, Im not just talking out my ass. Come on Memphis, you got to meet me on the interior thing...Although the new ZO6 is nicer than any Viper or other vette...

I lean with the interior because of the Solstice interior & the dash is like a Supra. Now ive been in a older viper, but not in a C6 or the SRT 10, so that is commented with what ive seen at the dealer & in pics. The regular C6 isnt as fast but with it being cheaper you can make it faster than a SRT or the old one, but we are talking about stock for stock. From what I've seen with the vipers they are like 80k not 100% but i do know the C6 z06 is like 73k msrp.

the best part of that video was the ferraries and labo zoomen by lol, who the **** does that lol. of course the z06 wasnt built to be safe. as long a some duece bag isnt gona go kicking his roof it wil be fine. the car was built to be light, quick, and nimble not to see how hard someone can kick it before it breaks

Everyone here seems to think the guy just kicked his roof for no reason. Heres what happened, they were on a run and the guys roof came loose on the highway. Pissed off but not letting it ruin his day, he got rid of the defective part. He didnt just pull over and decide to kick the shit out of his car. There it is, no more "hes stupid for kicking his car" crap. What else was he soposed to do? Let it flap around all day?

vettes are faster in the street course. Vipers were built to go strait fast.
