I call that a crazy arab with too much money and time on his hands.
In UAE and saudi arabia, Indians do all the work and the arabs just find ways to spend their ridiculous amounts of cash. They do crazy stuff with their cars and it doesnt matter if they mess them up. They can easily just go get another one tomorrow. I've seen so many videos of arabs just being complete fools with their cars. But they can afford to. Once they've been through about 10 cars, they get pretty good at their foolery and make videos like this. Its pretty funny.
Nissan Patrols are great cars too... little side note there. (although, I'll always be a landcruiser man, myself).
