I jus bought a magazine witha test of the Bugatti: 3 out of 5 cars broke down right in the test, and one of the enginners from bugatti said in anger: "you were doing strong accelerations and brakings at around 200kph! the car wasnt made for that kind of things!"...

the journalist did exacly the same thing a few weeks earlier in a Carrera GT and the car took it like it was nothing.

Its becoming disapointing to me. the guy who was CEO of the VW group back when the Veyron started to be conceived was Ferdinand Piech, whom I had great respect and I thought he was one of the best engineers around (he is nephew of Ferdinand Porsche). But I found out that they decided that the design of the concept should be the one in the road car and that was one of the major problems in developing the car. Its too heavy, too complex, I dont understand the design in some parts. It seems they inspired them selves in the worst Bugatti ever, the Royale, instead of the best, the 35B. Old Bugattis used to be no-nonsense race cars and the Veyron isnt.

tony your right, buy a McLaren, save money, go has fast and have more fun.
