easy they build the walls on the side of the higway the same way they built this wall...with points of impact....there are certain points on the wall that absorb the impact and distribute the force through out the wall thus not crumbling and allowing a car/truck or anything crash right through

i saw this video on T.V .they made that wall to stops terrorist if they want to explode important buildings with heavy car.that wall is too strong to be used on the roads.it will kill people if some one crash to it.

Agreed, that wall is not built the same way as regular highway barriers.
That was has steel beams inside that go down around 10-15 feet.
Walk up to any large government building and look at the decorative "poles" lining the outside, meant to keep vehicles out. There is a good chance that 3-4 feet you see above ground is matched by 2-3 times that below ground.
