It's a french video of an opel kadett :
I haven't got informations on the car except it have 200hp in an atmospheric motor of 2 liter. It's very hard to have informations on car in France. French keep the secret on their motor

The kadett is lighter (700/800kg) and the motor is prepared (4cylindres in line, 2 liters and 16v).

The owner use it for run competition.
